MØL, TAYNE, COLD NIGHT FOR ALLIGATORS - Praha
07 / 02 / 2026 / PRAHA / FUTURUM
In February, three leading names of the current Danish alternative scene will arrive in Prague – MØL, Tayne, and Cold Night For Alligators. Each brings a distinct take on modern guitar music, ranging from emotional blackgaze through experimental noise pop to progressive metal. Together, they promise an evening full of contrasts, energy, and intense emotions – on February 7 at Prague’s Futurum Club.
MØL are among the most prominent representatives of the blackgaze genre, where the raw power of black metal intertwines with the melancholic softness of shoegaze. Their music oscillates between aggression and catharsis, between emotional outbursts and quiet introspection. With albums JORD and Diorama, the band earned international acclaim, and their live performances deliver an immersive experience that draws you into an endless clash between light and darkness.
Tayne bring a dark, experimental blend of industrial noise pop and alternative rock. The London–Danish project, led by Thomas Andrew Duffy, fuses hypnotic electronic rhythms with guitar textures and a raw vocal delivery. The result is tense, dynamic music that moves between dance-floor euphoria and claustrophobic anxiety – an ideal soundtrack to modern chaos.
Cold Night For Alligators represent the progressive side of the Danish metal scene. Their sound combines technical precision with melodic sensitivity, layered arrangements with emotional vocals, and modern production with metalcore intensity. Their 2022 album The Hindsight Notes showcased a more mature and experimental approach that resonates with fans across genres.
