Crippled Black Phoenix is a British experimental rock band founded in 2004 by Justin Greaves, former drummer of Electric Wizard. Their music fuses elements of post-rock, progressive rock, psychedelia, and alternative metal, often wrapped in a melancholic, cinematic atmosphere. The band is known for its expansive compositions, intense instrumental passages, and emotionally charged lyrics exploring existential themes, loss, and introspection.
Over the years, Crippled Black Phoenix have built a devoted cult following thanks to their captivating live performances, which often drift into hypnotic, trance-like states. With each album, the band continues to experiment with new sounds and arrangements while maintaining their signature blend of melancholy and grandeur. Their music resonates not only with fans of progressive and post-rock but also with those seeking depth, emotional intensity, and a truly distinctive approach to rock expression.
Temple Fang, hailing from Amsterdam, have established themselves since 2018 as a prominent voice in the realm of psychedelic and space rock. Their sound is defined by long, hypnotic compositions that blend progressive rock with free-flowing jam elements. Drawing inspiration from acts such as Kyuss, The Grateful Dead, and Motorpsycho, the band’s performances are a vibrant mix of energy, improvisation, and immersive sonic exploration.
