What does a joint tour of two American icons, Life of Agony and Ugly Kid Joe, look like? Find out on November 8 at KD Šeříkovka in Plzeň! Both bands, who rose to fame in the '90s, are hitting the road for a series of concerts across the USA and Europe — Life of Agony will be celebrating the 30th anniversary of their breakthrough album Ugly, which they will perform in its entirety, while Ugly Kid Joe will serve up their signature blend of hard rock and humor.

Life of Agony was formed in 1989 in Brooklyn, New York, and their music represents a distinctive fusion of alternative metal, hardcore, and grunge elements. As part of this tour, they will showcase their seminal album Ugly, which became a cult classic thanks to its dark atmosphere, deeply personal lyrics, and the emotional vocal delivery of Keith Caputo. The band is known for channeling intense inner experiences into their music, making them a unique force on the metal scene. Over the years, they’ve undergone several lineup changes and hiatuses, yet they’ve always returned with authentic and powerful material.

Ugly Kid Joe, formed in 1989 in Santa Barbara, California, made their mark as a band that broke boundaries between hard rock, heavy metal, and funk with humor and irony. Their biggest hit, Everything About You (1991), introduced the world to their energetic, melodic sound infused with a healthy dose of sarcasm. Their debut album America’s Least Wanted (1991) brought them international success. Although often associated with the "hair metal" era, their musical range was much broader, drawing influences from bands like Black Sabbath and AC/DC. After a break in 1997, they returned to the scene in 2010 with renewed energy and new material.
