California’s cult band Masters of Reality is coming to the Czech Republic!

Led by the charismatic frontman Chris Goss—one of the key producers of the Californian desert rock scene—Masters of Reality create a sound world that is heavy, hypnotic, and unexpectedly sophisticated. Since 1981, they’ve been delivering their unique blend of raw stoner rock, blues, and psychedelia, consistently proving that rock music can be dark, intelligent, and addictive.

The band’s music balances crushing riffs reminiscent of Black Sabbath, mysterious melodies, and blues influences that give their songs an offbeat groove and depth. As a producer, Chris Goss has collaborated with iconic bands like Kyuss and Queens of the Stone Age, further highlighting his influence on the modern stoner rock scene. Yet Masters of Reality remain a true original—a band that doesn’t play by the rules and still sounds timeless.

In 2024, Masters of Reality released their first single in 15 years, followed by the album The Archer in March. They will present the new record during their European tour, with their only Czech stop set for Prague’s Rock Cafe on Saturday, October 11.
