Death metal supergroup formed by former members of the legendary Death — that’s Left To Die! Fronted by ex-members Terry Butler (Death, Obituary) and Rick Rozz (Death, Massacre), Left To Die delivers an uncompromising dose of old-school death metal. Their sets feature tracks from the genre-defining albums Leprosy and Spiritual Healing. If you're a fan of classic death metal, Left To Die is a ride you simply can't miss!
A truly rotten support comes from two Czech death metal acts – Pandemia and Mordloch!
Hailing from Cheb and founded back in 1995, Pandemia remains one of the cornerstones of the Czech death metal scene. Proof of that? This year they’re celebrating 30 years since their inception – and they’re far from done. Quite the opposite: this May they dropped a brand-new full-length album Darkened Devotion via the highly respected Hammerheart Records, their first in a decade, proving they’re anything but obsolete. In the past, they even shared the stage with the legendary Death, so their performance before Left To Die will serve as a perfect celebration of three decades of relentless death metal.
Considerably younger, Mordloch was born during the COVID lockdown and draws inspiration from the rancid death metal sound of bands like Autopsy and Undergang – a style known as stench death metal. Their music is defined by a brutal, filthy tone, slow crushing riffs, relentless double kicks, and a suffocating nihilistic atmosphere. With lyrics in Czech exploring themes of nihilism, human decay, and existence on the edge, Mordloch is the proverbial “rotten breeze” in the waters of Czech death metal.
