German band Colour Haze are synonymous with European stoner and psych rock. Built on the warmth of tube amps, hypnotic grooves and free-flowing jams, their sound is heading to Brno. Expect a journey from delicate melodies to massive walls of guitars. Special guests for the evening are kraut-stoner outfit Smokemaster.

The Munich trio have been active since the mid-1990s and, alongside overseas icons like Kyuss and Fu Manchu, helped define the European face of the genre. At the heart of their sound lies an uncompromising commitment to analog purity – no digital shortcuts, just vintage gear, dynamic interplay and organic chemistry. Led by guitarist and vocalist Stefan Koglek, the band blend raw, Sabbath-inspired riffs with the fluidity of krautrock, progressive structures and jazz improvisation. Albums such as Los Sounds de Krauts, Ewige Blumenkraft and their iconic self-titled double album from 2004 rank among the cornerstones of underground psychedelia.

Taking on the role of special guests are Cologne-based Smokemaster. A distinctive presence on the German underground scene, they take classic stoner rock in a bold new direction, combining it with vintage keyboards, '70s psychedelia and krautrock motorik rhythms. Their latest album, In The Temple, perfectly showcases their sound: long, hypnotic passages woven together with the warm tones of Hammond organs, fuzzy bass and pulsating rhythms. This pairing of seasoned genre masters and a rising force promises an ideal contrast in the intimate setting of Kabinet Múz.
