KANINE, A NIGHT IN TEXAS, SWEPT INTO DECAY - Praha

11/ 02 / 2027 / PRAHA / MODRÁ VOPICE

Modern brutality without compromise. French wrecking machine KANINE brings their uncompromising slamming deathcore to Modrá Vopice, packed with merciless breakdowns. Joining them are Australian veterans A NIGHT IN TEXAS, armed with technical, fast-paced, and venomous deathcore. Two different takes on extremity, one stage.

The Canadian-French hurricane KANINE have established themselves as one of the most prominent names in the current extreme metal wave. Their debut album Karnage redefined the boundaries of modern slam by taking the sheer groove of classic slamming death metal and cramming it into an ultra-precise deathcore framework. Expect an impenetrable wall of guitar riffs, underpinned by crushing, low-end bass drops and a vocal range spanning everything from deep gutturals to insane squeals. KANINE leave no room to catch your breath at their live shows – their rhythm section hits like a jackhammer, putting every club's structural integrity to the test.

Meanwhile, one of the leading forces in the Australian deathcore scene, A NIGHT IN TEXAS, rely on speed, technical precision, and relentless darkness. Hailing from Cairns, the band made their mark with releases such as The God Delusion and the split Unholy Alliance with Angelmaker, showcasing their trademark sound: lightning-fast blast beats, razor-sharp guitar runs, and frantic, characteristically high screams. A NIGHT IN TEXAS maintain a raw, almost black-metal-like coldness in their approach to the genre, combining it with the surgical precision of modern technical death metal. Live, they deliver an onslaught that grabs you from the very first beat.

SWEPT INTO DECAY are a deathcore band from Ostrava, formed in early 2022. They have quickly built a formidable reputation on both the domestic and international underground scenes with their aggressive, modern production and energetic live performances. Their sound is built on massive guitar riffs, a crushing rhythm section, and merciless breakdowns, complemented by a versatile vocal range spanning deep gutturals to piercing screams.
