Swedish post-metal titans CULT OF LUNA are returning to Prague! They will bring their crushing catharsis to Prague’s Archa+. Joining them will be French post-rock experimentalists BRUIT ≤ and raw EBM duo YOUTH CODE. Three genre worlds, one massive wall of sound. Mark March 13, 2027 in your calendars.

For more than two decades, CULT OF LUNA have stood among the defining pillars of European post-metal and atmospheric sludge. Evolving from their raw hardcore beginnings into masters of massive soundscapes, they pit crushing guitar riffs and earthy bass against melancholic melodies. Landmark albums such as Somewhere Along the Highway and the cold, industrial-infused Vertikal have helped shape the genre forever, while more recent masterpieces A Dawn to Fear and The Long Road North have only reaffirmed their exceptional songwriting prowess. Live, Cult of Luna deliver an uncompromising, rolling sonic assault built on masterful control of dynamics.

Taking a completely different, yet thematically kindred approach to building tension are Toulouse-based collective BRUIT ≤. The French group effortlessly weave neoclassical elements with post-rock eruptions and ambient electronics across their layered compositions. The sound of a cello can suddenly fracture into deafening walls of noise before giving way to beautiful, melancholic passages. Their masterpiece The Age Of Ephemerality has firmly established itself among the most acclaimed releases of the experimental scene in recent years.

Rounding out the lineup is an unexpected yet all the more ferocious stylistic detour. Los Angeles duo YOUTH CODE resurrect classic EBM and industrial, injecting it with genuine hardcore-punk aggression. Vocalist Sarah Taylor channels the rawness of unbridled hardcore, while Ryan George’s punishing beats and analog synthesizers crush bones in the spirit of old-school Skinny Puppy. There are no rules here, and your heart rate will be shooting through the roof from the very first minute.
