Japanese project BBBBBBB are bringing their original and uncompromising genre, known as “Victory Hardcore”, to Prague’s Cross Club. An explosive fusion of digital hardcore, noise, industrial and trap, their music combines extreme sonic aggression with positive energy in a way unlike anything you’ve heard before. Prepare for an unprecedented onstage storm straight from Nagoya – October 25th at Cross Club!

The Nagoya-based project, led by producer and vocalist Saionji, vocalist Sawa and dancer MRO, has defined its own subgenre built on the contrast between primal wildness and unrestrained optimism. Their sound never stands still – crushing beats and cold industrial textures collide with unexpected compositional twists and relentless live intensity. Saionji’s creative range also extends beyond BBBBBBB, having contributed as a songwriter to three tracks on The Adept, the highly acclaimed album by Kenyan vocal virtuoso Lord Spikeheart.

Although the project was only formed in 2020, it didn’t take long for their sonic extremism to break beyond Japan’s borders. Their breakthrough album Positive Violence (2023) was released via cult American label Deathbomb Arc – home to artists such as clipping. and JPEGMAFIA – and received attention from outlets including The Wire and The Japan Times. After touring the US, Korea and China, and releasing their latest EP SHINPI, BBBBBBB are heading to Prague for the very first time. Earplugs are highly recommended. The front rows of Cross Club are mandatory.

Yarrdesh is your typical cheerful, rural, Satanic, run-of-the-mill jihadist project that mutated from harsh noise-break-speedcore, chaotic rhythms, breaks and dissonant harmonies into technical death metal with exactly the same attitude. Same shit – different battleship. A one-man show.
