Canadian black metal force PANZERFAUST brings their relentless frozen dissonance and themes of human decay to Prague’s Black Pes. Joining them will be Icelandic black metal act NEXION, delivering a dark ritualistic blend of atmospheric aggression. Mark your calendars for December 18, 2027.

Hailing from Mississauga, Ontario, PANZERFAUST have come an incredible way since their more straightforward early days, evolving into one of the most distinctive names in modern Canadian black metal. Their sound is built upon crushing mid-tempo passages, immersive rolling rhythms, and layered guitar work that creates a suffocating, almost apocalyptic atmosphere. Their definitive turning point and artistic peak came with the monumental The Suns of Perdition tetralogy, where the band conceptually and musically delved into some of humanity’s darkest chapters, exploring nihilistic philosophy and total destruction. PANZERFAUST’s live performances are far from empty theatrics – they are a massive wall of sound with no escape.

The Icelandic scene is renowned for its unique dissonant aura, and NEXION are another gem emerging from its depths. The Reykjavík-based formation combines the ferocity of Nordic black metal with occult mysticism, masterfully balancing uncompromising blasts with epic, ritualistic passages. Following their debut Seven Oracles, the band further established their identity with Sundrung, an album that expands upon their aggressive vocals and razor-sharp riffs while exploring Nordic cosmology and deeper philosophical themes. On stage, they unleash a raw catharsis that sets the perfect foundation for the evening’s main act.
