German visionaries Der Weg einer Freiheit will bring their INNERN 2026 tour to Melodka on October 19. Their surgically precise and atmospheric black metal will be joined by the uncompromising sludge/post-metal force of Britain’s Conjurer and the avant-garde black/industrial assault of Brnsjmin. A night tailor-made for connoisseurs of modern extreme music.

Since their formation in 2009, Der Weg einer Freiheit have established themselves as one of the defining names in European progressive black metal. Centered around multi-instrumentalist Nikita Kamprad, the band rejects genre clichés in favor of technical precision, relentless blast beats, and profound melancholy. From the groundbreaking albums Stellar and Finisterre to their latest full-length Innern, they continue pushing the boundaries of the genre. Live, DWEF operate like a flawlessly calibrated machine, combining an unforgiving wall of guitars with dynamic ambient passages where every note serves a purpose.

Joining them as support are British heavyweights Conjurer, widely regarded as one of the most compelling exports of the UK heavy scene in recent years. Their fusion of filthy sludge, technical death metal, and towering post-metal crescendos — showcased on acclaimed records such as Mire and Páthos — delivers crushing riffs and raw, animalistic energy. Opening the evening will be Brnsjmin, whose unorthodox approach to extreme music blends industrial coldness with black metal abrasion and layers of harsh noise textures.
