Denver’s Havok are bringing their thrash precision back to Futurum! Joining them are Norwegian death metal veterans Blood Red Throne, the ferocious Eradikated, and the technical outfit Xonor. On October 1st, Prague will witness a clash of old-school aggression and modern execution.

Havok are the definition of modern thrash without unnecessary pathos. David Sanchez and his Colorado-based crew don’t indulge in empty nostalgia—instead, they deliver a surgically precise, socially charged assault. From the breakthrough album Time Is Up to the more complex V, they’ve refined a style built on lightning-fast riffs and meticulous sonic clarity that lets every break hit with full force. Expect a setlist packed with aggressive anthems like “Prepare for Attack” and “Give Me Liberty… Or Give Me Death,” where every note locks in with mathematical precision and the energy from the stage feels like a high-voltage surge.

Norwegian icons Blood Red Throne may arrive as support, but their name carries true headliner weight. While many of their countrymen were busy burning churches in the ‘90s, these guys have spent over a quarter century honing death metal of the highest caliber. Under the guidance of guitar mastermind Død, they’ve developed a sound full of crushing grooves that hit just as hard as the output of Cannibal Corpse. Material from albums like Monument of Death and Imperial Congregation guarantees that Scandinavian brutality won’t let up for a second at Futurum.

Opening the night is a wave of young, uncompromising energy. Sweden’s Eradikated stormed onto the scene with their debut Descendants, instantly turning heads with a raw intensity reminiscent of early Slayer, infused with punk attitude. They’ll be joined by the technically ambitious Xonor, who inject progressive finesse and relentless tempos into classic thrash frameworks. Both bands prove the genre is far from exhausted—and their performance won’t let you stand still at the bar.
