Exhumed is an American death metal band known for their fast, aggressive sound and strong goregrind influence. Their music is built on sharp guitar riffs, relentless tempos, and a mix of deep growls and higher shrieks, creating a raw and straightforward atmosphere. Their lyrics often revolve around horror and grotesque themes, but they’re usually delivered with a sense of dark humor rather than complete seriousness. Throughout their career, Exhumed have secured a solid place in the extreme metal scene. They’re praised for their loyalty to the genre’s roots and for bringing back the spirit of early death metal without sounding outdated. Gruesome is an American death-metal machine created as an open tribute to the early work of Death, especially the Scream Bloody Gore era. Their music is defined by a raw sound, rapid-fire riffs, expressive solos, and a classic old-school vibe that deliberately mirrors the late ’80s aesthetic. The band makes no effort to hide their inspiration — they embrace it as a core part of their identity, earning them a strong following among fans of traditional death metal. In both lyrics and visuals, Gruesome lean into horror themes, blood-soaked motifs, and the atmosphere of classic gore films. Although their style is heavily rooted in genre tradition, the band approaches it with meticulous craftsmanship and deep respect for the history of death metal. Critics and listeners alike praise their sharp songwriting, memorable ideas, and ability to revive the spirit of the genre’s golden age without coming off as a simple imitation.

IMPULSEALER is a Czech grindcore project formed in early 2018 that quickly established itself as a notable name within the local extreme music scene. The uncompromising duo consists of seasoned musicians John and Marek, aka Marzena, who joined forces to create pure, fast-paced grindcore strongly influenced by the Swedish school.

The band’s raw sound and intense approach, combined with lyrics often addressing ecological and social issues, gradually evolved from early demo recordings and splits to the release of their well-received debut album “42” in 2021. Although IMPULSEALER initially started primarily as a studio project, their ferocious blast beats soon found their way onto club stages and major genre festivals as well.
